What is First Access?

A paid information membership. Property owners in Burgas submit their places to Burgas Now, and First Access members hear about them before they are published publicly.

How does it work?

Every verified property joins a queue. We send a digest of up to 5 properties — every 12 hours, or immediately once 5 have gathered. The same properties go public 12 hours later.

What does €49 buy?

A single payment valid until 15 June 2027. No subscription, no renewal, no hidden fees. Payment is handled by Stripe.

What will I receive?

Property name, area, distance to Arena Burgas, the dates declared available, the owner's price and their contact details — exactly as the owner declared them.

What is not guaranteed?

First Access is information, not a reservation. We are not an agent and we never contract on your behalf.
